1. Information we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, phone, password — stored hashed); booking details (venue, court, date/time); for venue owners, business profile and venue/court information you enter; and basic device/usage data needed to run the app and its installable (PWA) experience.
2. How we use it
To provide and operate the platform — create accounts, process and display bookings, power venue dashboards and analytics, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
When you book at a Venue, the relevant booking details are shared with that Venue so it can fulfill your reservation. We use trusted infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud hosting and database services) to run the platform. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
4. Payments
PlayGrid currently supports pay-at-venue only and does not collect or store online card/payment data. Payments are handled by the Venue directly.
5. Cookies & local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage / a service worker to support the installable app and offline fallback. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Retention
We retain account and booking records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal/operational requirements.
7. Your rights
Consistent with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us using the details below. (Formal data-subject-request process to be finalized with counsel.)
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data (e.g. hashed passwords, encrypted connections). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
9. Children
PlayGrid is intended for use by adults or by minors with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
